It’s about building the trust and relationships that go a long way. Most of our patients are generations, we have treated their grandparents, their parents and now we are treating their kids also. I had a gap in my front teeth and I was not happy with that.
Most people would say, well it gives you character, it’s fine. I didn’t like it. And so when I started coming here, she said Amauris, let’s just go ahead and fix this once and for all, let’s do a new salon.
And boy, I don’t regret it. It’s, you know, I have a great smile now, I don’t have those issues anymore. And it was very quickly.
I mean, I think I had a few months, I figured out how, you know, six, seven months, but it was just an amazing experience and I’m very happy today. The thing I like about Dr. Rashi, you know, her authenticity and, you know, this immediate sense of trust, which she’s advising you on. I do like the fact that she’s high on technology.
I’m constantly seeing whatever x-ray they’re taking on the screen and the explanation. Not only just they provide excellent service when I’m here, but they make sure they’re following up, even for even a small job like a cavity fill, Dr. Rashi makes sure that she’s calling me after work and then making sure that I’m feeling okay and there are no any issues that I’m experiencing. And Dr. Rashi, she’s just been fantastic all the way.
I even introduced her to my family, so you know, it was like, yeah, this is a place to come. She greets people, the staff greets people, they take an interest in you, and I always like that. And you never have to wait that long, that’s good, because sometimes I get nervous, even coming here to a dentist, and I’ve known all the problems that I’ve had with my mouth, and she’s taking care of me, really.
I have a better smile now. With Invisalign, when I came here to the practice, one of the things that I really wanted to pinpoint and make sure that was addressed, I had a really big gap in my front, right up front, top teeth, I had a gap there that I wanted to take care of. I actually had braces when I was young, and my teeth had just slipped right on back.
So with Invisalign, they were able to make sure that everything got back to the right position was what happened. And it was easy treatment. It’s really been an investment in myself, right? And I think that’s the best thing that you could do, is invest in yourself.
